Booking and refunds

You pay once, for both exams and the review. Learning is always free.
Full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven’t started an exam.
Scholarships and codes come off the price before tax. GST is charged for buyers in India; elsewhere the exam is zero-rated.

2 retakes are included, shared by the knowledge exam and the practical.
After a knowledge exam you don’t pass, the retake opens 7 days later.
Redoing one room of the practical uses one retake. The rooms you passed keep their pass.

60 questions, 90 minutes, pass mark 70%.
Take it whenever you like; there’s nothing to book.
The result shows how you did in each domain. We never show which questions you missed: the bank is reused, and showing answers would make the exam worth less to everyone who holds it.

3 rooms, each timed on its own. Take them in one sitting or split them, inside a 14-day window that starts when you enter the first room.
A room opens after you submit the one before it.
Each room is a fresh copy of the same fictional company, in a locked sandbox: nothing you do can reach a real person.
A person reviews your work and your written reasoning within 3 working days. Reviewers see a candidate code, never your name.

Every exam runs with your camera, microphone and entire screen shared, in full screen, and is recorded for the review.
Before you start we check your browser, camera, microphone, screen share and connection, and take a photo of a government ID. The name must match your certificate name.
No notes, other tabs, second screens, phones or AI tools. You must be alone and stay in camera view.
If you lose connection, the clock stops and you have 10 minutes to rejoin. After that the sitting is void and doesn’t use a retake.
Recordings and ID photos are deleted after 90 days.

Your certificate goes live, with its public page, the moment you pass.
It doesn’t expire.
It can be revoked for spam, data misuse or a failed Trust case. The verify page says so.
